Dr. Chan is a board certified Family Practice physician and has been with Hillcroft Medical Clinic since 1995. She was previously a faculty member with the Department of Family Practice and Community Medicine at the University of Texas Medical School.

Dr. Chan received her undergraduate education at the University of Houston and earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in 1983. She then completed a family practice residency at Memorial Southwest Hospital.

She holds memberships in the Harris County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Chinese American Doctors Association of Houston. She is especially interested in Women's Health and Preventative Medicine.

Dr.Chan enjoys cooking, ballroom dancing, and traveling.
