select your doctor and call his or her office directly.
Q: Can I complete my
registration forms before I go to my doctor's office?
A: Yes, please do. Save time and
print and
complete your registration forms before arriving and having your
insurance information ready.
Q: How do I choose a
doctor who is right for me?
A: All of the doctors at Hillcroft Medical Clinic are excellent and
caring physicians. Choose your doctor from the

Q: Where are you
located?
A: HMC doctors care for their patients from
two clinic locations
- one on Hwy 6 in Sugarland and one on Fondren
