Copy Fee - State Regulated

The fee for producing a copy of your medical records is $25 for the first 20 pages and $0.50 per page for every copy thereafter, according to the Texas Administrative Code 165.2(e).

You can pick up your medical records at our Fondren location or we can mail them to you for the cost of shipping.
